What does each package include?
Each package includes at least two 45 minute live performances, with managed playlists between these sets (usually utilising Spotify). Every package also includes a high end PA system and stage lighting.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of confirmation. The amount is dependent on the package chosen, and the remaining payment is then due on the event date.
What happens if I need to cancel?
All details of cancellations are in our terms and conditions; deposits are non-refundable.
Are your acts covered by public liability insurance?
Yes, all our acts have current public liability insurance. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested annually.
How far do your acts travel?
Most of our acts are happy to travel nationally and internationally. Additional charges will likely occur if an act needs to travel over a certain milage, or if the event requires them to be away for more than one day. These extra charges vary depending on the desired act/package.
How much stage space is required?
This depends on the size of the act and instrumentation. A typical drumkit will require roughly 2 meters by 1.5 meters and every other performer around 1.5 meters by 1 meter. Going by this rule, a 5 piece band with drums may require at least 5 meters by 2.5 meters (based on 3 members across & 2 members deep).
How long do acts take to set up?
Full bands usually require 1 hour and 30 minutes to set up and sound check. Acoustic acts usually require 1 hour to set up and sound check.
What happens if a band member falls ill?
Don’t panic! We have a fantastic team of professional deputy musicians and vocalists who are all fully rehearsed and ready to go.
Can I request specific songs or genres for the band to play?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your favourite songs or preferred genres so we can tailor the live performance and playlists to you and your guests.
Can I customise the managed playlists?
Yes! We offer fully customisable playlists to perfectly match the atmosphere of your event during performance breaks. Don’t stress if you struggle with playlist ideas, though—our acts all have their own carefully curated playlists built over years of performance to suit any occasion.
Do you provide additional lighting or special effects?
While basic stage lighting is included in all standard packages, additional lighting rigs and fog machines are available upon request for an additional fee.
